You don’t want to write a synopsis that constantly zigzags between different plot lines and characters or you’re going to bewilder the reader. Instead, don’t be beholden to the precise sequence in which events unfold in your novel. You don’t have to follow an alternating-character structure in the synopsis that mimics the novel.
