The uncut everything bagel was very under done in the middle. As a long time Ess a bagel client, I can say this bagel was almost raw in the middle compared to what I'm used to. I toasted the bagel at home for almost 15min to get the dough to a point of being edible. I'm a little bummed because I was so excited to have an Ess a bagel close by.
